The CRM you install, not the CRM you rent
Focal is a modular CRM for Laravel and Filament. Contacts, sales, service, and marketing ship as Composer packages that run inside your own application, on your own database. Focal Cloud, the hosted version, is coming soon.

1 Install
Composer in, CRM out
Focal is a set of Laravel packages, not a separate app. Require the modules you want and run your migrations. Focal lives in your codebase, uses your database, and ships with your deploys.
- Package discovery. Every module registers itself and loads its own migrations, so there is nothing to wire up.
- Headless or with an admin. Use the models and actions from your own code, or add one Filament plugin for a complete admin.
- Fits your app. Focal uses your existing user model for owners and assignees. Routes, rate limits, and API tokens are all configurable.
2 Sales
Pipelines that keep deals moving
Focal Sales tracks every deal from first call to signature. Run multiple pipelines, score deal health, and send quotes your customers accept online.
- Pipelines with guardrails. Each stage can require fields before a deal moves forward.
- Deals that ask for attention. Health scoring and stalled-deal detection surface what needs a follow-up.
- Quote to close. Products, quotes, and online acceptance, plus sequences, forecasts, quotas, and booking links.
3 Service
A help desk that knows the customer
Focal Service turns email, web forms, chat, and API requests into tickets. Every ticket sits next to the customer's deals and campaigns, so whoever answers sees the whole relationship.
- SLAs on business hours. Policies follow your working hours and alert your team before a ticket breaches.
- Routing and replies. Routing rules, canned responses, and ticket merging keep the queue under control.
- Self-service. A knowledge base, customer portal, chat widget, and CSAT surveys.
4 Marketing
Marketing on the same data as sales
Focal Marketing runs campaigns against the customers already in your CRM. No sync jobs between tools: a form submission, an email click, and a closed deal land in the same database.
- Campaigns and workflows. Email campaigns with A/B testing, and drip workflows that react to what contacts do.
- Lead scoring that ages. Scores decay over time, and account-level intent rolls up to companies.
- Attribution you can query. Forms with progressive profiling, landing pages, and six multi-touch attribution models.
5 Packages
Install the modules you need
Every module is a standalone package built on Focal Core. Start with one and add the rest when you need them. Each module requires Core and installs it for you.

PHP 8.3 or newer and Laravel 12 or 13. The optional admin needs Filament 5.9 or newer.
No. Every module works headless: use its models, actions, and events from your own code and build whatever interface you like. The Filament plugin is there if you want a complete admin without building one.
Focal uses standard Laravel migrations and is tested on SQLite and PostgreSQL in CI.
Yes. Each module is its own Composer package. Install Sales without Marketing, or Service on its own; they all build on Core.
When you install the packages, in your own application's database, on infrastructure you choose. Nothing is sent to us.
